Something is slapping me in the face today.
The COST of inaction on your brand message.
6 weeks into our new normal this is more painfully evident than ever before in my memory.
Loosing months out of your business, or marketing that does not lead to being booked out or customers thinking you are expendable and cutting you out.
The painful truth is people tend not to VALUE THEIR BRAND until they have seen the COST of NOT VALUING THEIR BRAND.
These are just a few of the problems I have addressed this week with my clients.
Do the maths. What is inaction costing you? Because we can work on that tomorrow if you choose to take action today.
Forgive me for my directness, but unless we are faced with the cost of doing nothing then we continue to bleed money.
Grab a pen and scribble on the closest piece of paper the monthly cost of: Loosing months out of your business Marketing than has low ROI Customers that flip and go to your competition.

I see my role as a brand coach in many ways, but right now it is the voice that brings clarity and to do that sometimes I need to be direct and honest.
Sometimes people ask me why I work with businesses that have been running three years or more – or who have experience in running a business. "Why can’t you help businesses who are not there yet?" one person asked on FB recently.
